Fits well overall. I ordered the recommended size, which was 1 size up from my normal for this style. The color is beautiful but the fabric is thick. I purchased this to wear to a conference so it’s fitting for the event. The only possible down side is the front. The cross over above the knot has a small stitch to prevent it from opening but below that it gaps open in movement. I plan to attach a small snap there or I can just assure to pull the bottom of the shirt each time. Very business like over all. Note also that it is dry clean only.
