At a first glance the product looks to be of decent quality and it comes in a practical mesh bag, however after just a few uses (really, just three or four light duty uses) the product disappoints: the velcro belt started to quickly get all shaggy and the belt's seams start to come undone. I don't think this product is going to last too many more uses and I'd definitely reccommend trying some other brand.The elastic rope itself provides good resistance for swimming training, the rest leaves too much to desire.
